I've (finally) got around to uploading the pedal extensions that I modelled and printed for my 2025 C-Line to Printables.
https://www.printables.com/model/1451801-brompton-pedal-extensions
I printed these because I find the stock pedals too narrow for my size 11.5 X-Wide feet, particularly on the folding pedal side. I've been using them for a couple of months without issue, apart from having to remember not to lean so far over when cornering while pedalling.
They are printed in ASA for UV and heat resistance. The nubs on the original pedals protrude above the extensions, and the grooves in the extensions add extra grip.
More printing details at the link above, plus the Fusion 360 models if you want to tweak the design.

Nice! Love 3D printing for things like this.
By the way, if you need more grip for the pedals, it might be easier to make the surface flat, then buying some skateboard tape or some other grip tape and put it on the 3D printed part. I added a tiny strip of that grip tape on my pedals and it makes a world of difference.
