Maybe just sits unevenly on the rims? Hard to tell from the video
I know whats wrong with it, it aint got no gas in it!
Just straighten the wheel by tightening the spokes 🙂 if the bobble is on the left, tighten the right
Looks like the tyre is not seated correctly
