Does it happen going forward, too?
It might be High and Low adjustment on the derailleur
Check the 7th gear for damaged teeth
Your chainring and cog are not in a perfectly straight line and youre turning the cranks backwards. its trying to ride up the teeth of the second cog because thats closer to the chainline.
its a non issue.
the derailleur solves this problem for you when you’re pedaling forwards.
