I want to build a Gravel Fixie and want to use normal Brakes instead of these road bike brakes, as I have horrible experience with them. Does anyone have experience with these type of handlebars? Can I put something between the top bar and hoods to make it more comfortable to hold the hoolds ?

You can put the levers anywhere you like, even the center horizontal portion, and wrap the whole thing in bar tape. Or do you mean you want various extensions like the Redshift cruise control, or those comfort grips with the palm rest protrusion?

Love these bars! You can wrap them however you want! I suggest double wrapping them for more comfort.
Tbh i’d like to try out such bars. Does hand position feel more “natural” compared to regular drop bars?
Yeah. Not as good as true drops, but if all you’ve got is flat bar shifters and want drops they work well enough. Solid 7/10 they’re absolutely worth if for budget or unconditional part mixing for flat to “drop bar” conversions.
