Dude, I could not read your bottom bracket pic, but I’ve had pretty good luck plugging serial numbers into ChatGPT and going from there based on frame details.
I will tell you my guess in country of origin: Taiwan, based on the fact the serial number is on the bottom of the BB and you have no top-tube gusset
