did you get the right offet chainring? missing a bb spacer or spindle spacer? i would try out 1,2 and 3mm spindle spacers on the drive side till it stops rubbing on chainstay

New bottom bracket with a slightly longer spindle probably.

You could use a bottom bracket spacer, maybe 1mm ?

Is the bottom bracket offset?

Yea something is up with the bottom bracket. Your drive side seems compressed. At first I thought you needed a smaller chainring but it’s not the teeth that are rubbing, it’s the actual spider which means you need to push that drive side out a bit

How does the chainline look?

Sure a bb spacer might work.
I would be tempted using a hand file and skim an 1/8th inch of the crank spider or nock the corner down a bit to have it sneak by the frame if you’re running a 1x.

Your bottom bracket spindle is too short. Pull it out and it will likely list the shell size and spindle length on it and order a new one with the same shell size and longer spindle. You could also measure the shell and spindle with calipers to get the size.
Nervous-Rush-4465 on
Your bb spindle is too narrow, or dangerously overtightened.
