Not a professional but that shimano 105 seems a bit old, I believe that is valued very low, also it could be a pain in the ass founding replacement parts
Looks like a 2015/2016 if I were to guess from the shimano 5800 11 speed groupset. That was two generations ago and that groupset came out in 2013. It’s still a very capable groupset. Looks like you got full hydraulic discs too and thru-axles which is better than a quick release disc brake bike. I’d offer like $1500 and see where that goes and settle for like $1700. The conti tires, carbon wheels, and carbon bar and seatpost are great upgrades.
