I've just signed up for my first Half Ironman. I'm new to the sport and am looking for a good used entry bike without breaking the bank. I'm not looking to set any records, just trying to compete to the best of my ability. I know the Cannondale R400 Sport is an older model, but will this help me reach my goals? And what is a fair price to offer for this?

Recently serviced at local shop and in perfect riding condition. Shifts and brakes smoothly.
Size – Medium Frame (as listed on frame). I am 5’7”.
Original Shimano clip pedals included. Will include One-Up Aluminum flat pedals.

With a good service and adjustment it’s a good entry level bike. I had a 600. Used it for multiple sprint and metric triathlons and it was great!!
