النظام الغذائي للعارضين جنوني! يسمونه نظام التجويع! وأنا أفهم لماذا، لأن… يبدأ اليوم بماء الليمون وأخضر عصير رأيته، رائحته أسوأ مما يبدو. لحسن الحظ لدينا حلوى! شوكولاتة داكنة. سعراتها أكثر من العصير. لحرق السعرات الحرارية فورًا، تمارين كارديو أو بيلاتس مكثفة، لم يعد سرًا للجميع. بعد التمرين، جائعون جدًا، حان وقت المشروب المقزز، ليس له أي فائدة تُذكر. أخذت رشفة صغيرة. وأخذ أرجين أيضًا. واو! حان وقت أول وجبة حقيقية، ليست مشروبًا. خضروات مع بيض وأفوكادو. بعد ثلاث ساعات، زبادي و10 جرام مكسرات. هذا على الأقل بروتين! وجبة غريبة واحدة متبقية، لم أتناولها من قبل. النظام الغذائي على موقع العارضات. للحصول على شكل جيد دون تجويع، أطلقنا خطط وجبات مخصصة وشاملة. وقت المعكرونة المزيفة،
سعرات أقل من النودلز. ولم يكن طعمها سيئًا، عكس حلوى الزنجبيل! أوه، هذا فظيع.

  1. That is so dumb, they don't even eat much protein… Wich it's important to look good (muscle building) they'll probably be better eating veggies and protein shakes…

  2. Lmao, just fast+keto
    It’s incredibly easy to fast after first day. My first fasting ever was 10 days and started to annoy only on day 9. Thats why I quit and went for keto with OMAD(not in refeeding phase tho)

    The most effective and easiest way to diet I had ever experienced. After that I got to healthy 12-14%BF, I still switch to keto every few months and fast every season, coz of the benefits and happiness

  3. 800 calories isnt enough for a TODDLER
    Bare minimum maintainance to SURVIVE for an average adult is at least 1200
    Average maintainance is 2000+, higher if you are fat or buff.

    These diets are just paycheck anorexia

  4. i am currently living on 1000cal a day, it teaches me to control my "hunger", because most of the time you're not really hungry, it's just emotional hunger. it's doable for many people, almost anyone can do it, but few people want to make an effort these days with all that bodypositivity and stuff

  5. Dude, vinegar is absolutely disgusting. I remember gulping it once thinking it was water. It burned and I couldn't get rid of the horrible aftertaste for an hour at least. Cant believe people do this..

  6. Some yeara ago, I used to have an ED, and I was easily able to eat a lot less than that. It's crazy how resilient the body is. I was perfectly fine with less than 300 for a long time. There was a time when I used to eat exactly 800, and it was like super easy it even felt too much, and I was even able to eat 120g protein on it, which was enough with my weight at that time. Though I do NOT recommend it to anyone. Ever. It wrecks you inside and outside, it is NOT worth it at all. I'm doing completely fine now, on a healthy weight, not restricting myself

  7. They do eat like that…. except for one thing:

    breakfast – is smoothie there Carbs

    Lunch salad with meat in it.

    Dinner : protein a meat like turkey, chicken, or fish, or 3 boiled eggs, or eggs omlete.
    no breads
    no soda
    no beer

    drinking tea or coffee Latte on Ice or water
    no soda , no beers

    and Workout for a hour 6 days a week
    yes the Total Calories stays low every day.
    But the Meals are 3 Meals a day.
    No eating after 6pm
    to prevent the bloating
