After 2000 km I take a nap with my new bike. I wasnt fast (below 5km/h) and i think the damage is because the bicycle skidded across the asphalt but its my first CF bike and I´m not sure if i have/can replace it via the Crash replaycment or canyon laughs at me because of the scratches (internal damage etc.). Normally I would ask the customer service but they mentioned please visit our repair shop. Is this something i should worried about or only fix the destroyed grip tape on the handlebars?

The scratch you posted appears to be surface scratch. Do you see any carbon damage or cracks in the frame? Carbon is resilient, I’ve crashed my bike and the carbon is fine.
It adds character. Nothing to worry about. But yeah, it sucks.
It’s a paint scratch. Nothing more. I doubt Canyon will replace it. I have the same scratch because I also took a nap and fell.
’tis but a scratch
get some nail polish and get back on the bike!
I wouldn’t replace a bike because of a surface scratch.
This is nothing bro
I have worse damages/scratches from chain drops and stone chips hitting my frame.
Less than 5 kph…like a track stand fall over? Goodness, I have a feeling your left leg and arm have more damage. This looks like a superficial paint scratch.
Do you realise how strong carbon bikes are? This is aesthetic damage only!
