Nobody else knows what you should sell it for either if we don’t know what the bike is or how it’s spec’d out.
Upgrades on bikes are like upgrades on cars. You won’t get money for them if you sell the bike.
Upgrades are a “contrast”. The buyer won’t put as much value in them as you since they don’t have contrast.
Take the new price of the bike, put it up for 80% of that price, then gradually decrease it to 70%. Clean it well, take nice pictures and be clear whether or not the suspension has been serviced.
Tbh, 400 euros of upgrades is like nothing; that’s like a set of new enduro/downhill brakes.

It’s different in every country/market, but I’d guess 1,500-2,000€. Best to look at used bikes in your area and see what they are asking for similar bikes
