I could be wrong but I don’t think you can. I had the prior version that had an adjustable tensioner. But I don’t think that is the reason you’re shifting is not performing well. All that does is keep the chain tight while going over bumps, like a clutch on mtb/gravel rear derailleurs.

What specifically is wrong with your shifting?
