🚴 Tour of Holland 2025 — Preview & Live Coverage

Get ready as Tour of Holland (Tour of Holland / NIBC Tour of Holland) returns in 2025! After a 21-year absence, the Netherlands will once again host a major stage race from October 14 to 19, 2025, featuring a prologue and five full stages across the Dutch landscapes. This multi-day UCI road event has 2.1 status this year, with ambition to grow further.

🗓 Key Details & Format

Dates: 14-19 October 2025

UCI Status: 2.1 (professional men’s race) with plans to add a women’s edition in future years.

Race Structure: Six days total — starting with a prologue in The Hague, followed by five stages.

Routes / Locations: Covers multiple Dutch provinces and towns, including The Hague (prologue), Dordrecht, Etten-Leur, Sittard / Watersley, Emmen (with VAM-berg), and Arnhem (finish).

Prologue
The Hague — approx 4 km evening time-trial / short circuit in and around Zuiderpark, The Hague. Great spectator stage to kick things off.

Stage 1
Dordrecht → Dordrecht (~118.5 km) — largely flat, early opportunity for sprinters; wind may play a factor.

Stage 2
Etten-Leur → Etten-Leur (~14.8 km) — an individual time trial which could decide time gaps early in general classification.

Stage 3
Sittard → Watersley (~149.3 km) — more hills, possibly including Limburg’s challenging terrain; punchy climbs expected.

Stage 4
Emmen → VAM-berg (~158.3 km) — with the VAM-berg climb likely a key point; GC contenders will try to make moves here.

Stage 5
Arnhem → Arnhem (~155 km) — a circuit stage with gravel sections & final local loops (e.g. around Arnhem, with small climbs and possibly gravel); finishing stage with bonus seconds likely a factor.
