I've done a lot of upgrades and swapped a bunch of parts out since I first got this bike, it definitely rides and looks a lot better now but I'm still not satisfied. Soon I'm planning on getting a black brooks c17, and a new crankset, not sure if I will get silver, black or combo.
Also going to be de-anodizing the seat post to make it silver and maybe stripping the paint off the rack. Lastly I kinda want to add some pink into my build but not sure if that would look wack. What do you guys think I should do to it looks wise, and performance wise?

  1. Black saddle is a good start. IMO the blue parts are kinda a lot, what I would do is get a black or silver crankset and hopefully it’ll look better.

It’s giving Zach Gallardo’s Level NJS when he first built it.

Grips, front wheel and cranks have to go. Very rare that coloured wheels or cranks are going to work.

If you pick an accent colour, it has to match, none of the blues do. Either completely different or exactly the same.

  3. I would ditch all blues except for the wheel, since you really like it and it is a hassle to change money-wise

All other componentes would be black or silver (grips, crankset and so on)

aaaand i would change just one spacer of your headset for a blue one the same blue tint as the wheel

it would look dope and would kinda justify the blues composition wise

Blue saddle to bring the color all the way around. A gray or black bar tape to pull that in. I think it looks great. The front and back have different personalities, like a centaur.

The color is unbalanced. All the color is at the front. I’d put like a blue seat cover and black grip tape to even everything out while keeping the blue theme
