I think the skin wall tires are out or reserved for special colour combinations. I think your bike would look better with black.

I think you’re on to something with the deep wheels issue though, the skinwall to black ratio/proportions might not work. I’d vote black.
I’m going to agree with the other commenters and say that black is the way to go on your rig. I’m also doing the same on my gravel bike, switching from tan to black on my next set of tires
