Edit: lol, looked into it. Yeah, worth it. Is it your size though? Colnago is a great Italian brand and the parts listed are good for a used road bike, just make sure fit is good otherwise you’ll be extra sad.

Expect to have to replace the chain, cassette and chainrings. Can’t see the wear on them but used are often sold when some or all of these parts are worn out. If the chain slips at all, consider replacing all three.
