How is the fit of the white Giro helmet?
I have a long oval head. Most brands I end up between a M and a L – the medium will be too short front-to-back and the L will be too wide on the sides.
Specialized road helmets fit me perfectly, but unfortunately Specialized doesn’t make attractive commuter helmets. Top photos are the Specialized Mode, in size M, which looks very mushroomy on me.
I’m considering the Giro – bottom photos, size L. It feels big but I think looks better than the Specialized.

Top one looks goofy from the front. Bottom one looks fine. I’m a fan of giro helmets with an oval head- they all fit the same and they all fit great.
Seconding Giro. Is that one of the helmets where you can slot in a rear light?
