
I ordered a medium, and received a large. I triple checked that I ordered the correct size, and sure enough, it was.
Customer service was good, at least for now.
my question is, what is the return policy like? It's an outlet bike so they don't accept traditional returns, but surely it's an exception here, right? I literally did nothing wrong.

It doesn’t matter what the return policy is.. You didn’t receive what you ordered. Simple as that
Your immediate thing should’ve been just to call Canyon. They’re gonna replace it. I go through the process of asking that question to people.
