Hello all. I just ordered this bike I'm really excited about. It's the same birth year as me, and litespeed was my nickname at my taekwondo dojang in HS- so I felt a calling.
What would you change first to modernize it? What groupset would you upgrade to?
It currently has a Shimano Ultegra 6500 groupset.
Looking forward to any and all suggestions.
