Don’t really know anything about the hubs (seems like a generic hub although still seem nice), but was wondering if anyone knows if deluxe is still operating. I am 99% sure the answer is no.

Deluxe was(is?) a rider owned fixed gear brand. For. The most part, they did collab stuff with no22, engine 11, etc. they did some custom ti orders, but iirc they also did a handful of relabeling of parts.
I don’t remember them selling hubs directly so these could have been parted from a wheelset they made. They look like the generic sealed formula hubs that can be bought and/branded, i could be wrong though.
Deluxe eventually faded out, a lot of people had issues getting them to respond to order messages around covid from their pre-orders. I don’t think anything nefarious happened, or can’t recall anything. Just might have been bad at communication.
Their website deluxecycles.nyc got hijacked and redirects to a casino type site.i think the guy is also based in SF nowadays anyways. Any parts for sale from blue lug, retrogression, etc are probably just NoS.

Pretty sure that are some type of Novatec or Formula sealed bearing hubs, basically entry level but very reliable especially with replacement bearings.

Deluxe made a pretty neat integrated titanium stem/handlebar combo that I was always keen on, but never ended up grabbing before they died.
