Yeah, you did it for the trip. Okay, so we’ve just we well we arrived in Slovenia Saturday. Uh we’ve had a weekend in Ljana which was beautiful. Great place for a weekend away if you’re looking for somewhere to come not too far from England. And uh yeah, beautiful food. Went out to Lake Bled yesterday. Uh and the bikes are just arriving for Hey man, you okay? Yeah. for our Balkanite adventure. We’re going to go down the coast, Croatia, Montenegro, uh, Bosnia, maybe Albania. We’ll see how the weather’s doing. Uh, and then back up to drop bikes back off. This is the hub, BT Transport, which the company I use in Northampton uses as their hub. I use Shipio. So, if anybody wants to do this, um, contact Giles and his team at Shipio. So, they’ve organized all this. The car’s obviously costwise it comes down if there’s a group of you. I don’t know how much it would be as a you know as an individual I expect to be quite a bit more than what I’ve paid for bringing uh this many bikes down. So got a good range of bikes. Got the old Hemalian perfect for this. Got CRF 300 KTM 390 450 MT Himalayan 411 CRF the GS310 and a Him 450. So yeah, welcome to Sloini. Everyone’s very excited. Uh we got a mix of road and trail. We’re going to do some act. We’re going to do some other tracks that I’ve got in hand. Just see how we go. Really see how we go. So, weather is pretty good actually. Mid-occtober. It’s it’s coming into autumn. There’s a bit of an autumn chill, but as we go down to Croatia, it should improve. I think there’s a bit of rain for forecasting in Montenegro. Uh, but uh that’s in a week’s time, so anything can change. Got another CRF over there and a Hei 411. So, mainly small bikes. I’ve got one or two bigger bikes here. I’ve got me Moarini Xcape that I’m riding. Uh, and then Ben, who’s uh, helping me on this one, he’s on a vote 300 rally. So, I think everyone’s eager to go. Eager to go. Hotel accommodation. So, there’s not too much luggage on the bikes. That’s it. Welcome to Slovenia. I might run this one again. See how we go with it. So, I’m starting to put the tours up next for next year. Got Coast Coast America. Uh, put Iceland up. Leog. Uh, what else? Morocco in March. just get all there’s a marini. Um, so yeah, dorothys speedshot.com. Dorothy was the name of the bike I rode from Sydney to London if anybody wonders why it’s called Dorothy Speed Shop. Yeah. Yeah. It’s just about getting people out on bikes and the right bikes. You know, I think Portugal act taught me well not a lesson I needed to know to be honest. If you put people on the right bikes, they can do it and they can do it with confidence and safety. If we’d have been turning up here with 10, 790s, GS’s, different ball game, different level of risk, maybe a different type of rider, you know, these guys are realistic. They know what bike’s going to make them able to do the trails and tracks or just, you know, the back roads of these places. So, I do bang the drum for small bikes, but that’s just cuz I see it in action. People who just want to have, you know, a good ride and come back in one piece. So, that’s it. That is it. Happy days. All right. See you on the road. I’ll try. Actually, those guys are out here, aren’t they? On the road. I don’t know if we’ll bump into him or not. We’ll see. All right.

  1. Howdy Nathan – a bit off topic but just wondering if you are still impressed with the VOGE DS625X? – I know GS riding snobs, (SNOBHEADS as I call them), would choke on their truffles, but just interested if you still rate it. – Lake Bled is rather lovely ain't it. cheers.
