Rear wheel of my Marin Four Corners has “clunking” sounds when coasting but it is okay when pedaling. It thunks once per revolution and it’s most noticeable at slow speeds. Thought it had something to do with my rear wheel hub so I regressed and replaced the bearings but the clunking sounds is still there.
What could be the issue?

Possibly you have grease washed out from hub. I had simmillar issue when I washed my bike with pressure washer. Also it may happen after strong rain
