My routine quiet suburbun commute was a parking lot tonight

There's an event at a stadium 2 miles from the start of this video. I could've made a 20 minute video that looks like this but it was much more dangerous to hold my phone before this point… The sheer resources holding up this automotive transportation system is astounding. The army of miserable parking and traffic enforcement (it's not a fun job), the amount of collective hours and money spent waiting in lines like these, and the disturbance is impossible to comprehensively tally. For what? Must be mostly perceived convenience…
