cuot control 2025 bought it brand new off facebook marketplace. the chain was really tight at first and everything was dry. took it to my friends and greased everything up even then hub inside. an it still makes this lil clicking noise. maybe its the brackets or the hub or chain. because the cult stock chains aren’t good so im assuming is either 3 but im pretty sure its the brackets

I’d wager it’s the chain. Does it have stiff links that won’t bend correctly?

Try turning it really slow and seeing if the teeth are catching the chain in a weird way as they mesh, like if the alignment is off it can catch the inside of the link, or if it’s riding on the driver body instead of the driver teeth, or if the links are jolting as they try to bend. Cult chain is likely the same 410 every company uses just with the logo stamped on it so it’s a fine enough part, they work on 9t driver. Go to a 510 if you replace it. Could be sticky links, looks like some rust on there.
