AllI know is that is an old wheel. Probably lace up tires. Never heard of that brand or seen it before. Kinda cool, do you have only the one wheel?

Colin O’Brien of Madison WI designed those wheels. Later he sold the design to Cane Creek. It’s an early proprietary wheelset. Colin has built wheels for decades.
