It was um Sean Sean Sean sent a text to his misses and he went I think that’s the best day I’ve ever had in me life. Obviously she come back week. What about me wedding? Uh, yeah. To add to that, Sean, what you add to that about best day of your life yesterday? Fantastic. It was fantastic. I’ve never had a day like it. I’ll do it again, too. Class and 60 jumping off cliffs as well. Like a little kitty where cracking. So, we’ve just come down to uh to this building here. I don’t know what it is. I’ll show you around campsite in a bit. There’s so much footage I need to get, you see? So, I don’t want to like bore you with camp tours and all that. I want to just show you what we’re up to. So, this is uh this is I’m okay. I’m all right. Thank you. What a place, man. I didn’t come down yesterday. I only um I only uh I don’t eat breakfast anyway, so I just come down to have a look, show you guys random cow down there having a mooch. What a stunning place this is, right? So, I’m not going to bore you too much. Um, I’ll just update you on how we how we got here and that. So, uh, we met up in Preston. Um, picture up in Wigan. Another random cow over there just walking down the street. Um, and then we Manchester went to Manchester and then from Manchester we had to get a flight to Brussels. Um, and then we had a bit of like 5 hour 5 hour wait in Brussels which didn’t actually turn that long to be honest. Once we got our bags and messed them out, guys had a few beers and then transferred to um the Sedor airport where we got um taxi breakfast, listen to music. Got this on vinyl. Does it crackle? Yeah, a little. A little into the city, into the old town, which was absolutely stunning, but we’ll see more of that towards the end of the uh the break. Um and then uh transferred to this campsite. We got picked up in Zido by the uh that much better adventures which is um Trekkit or something which is a subsidiary company. I’ll put it now down below. Really well organized. Brilliant. They can’t do enough for you. Um highly recommended. Yeah. Um I’ll introduce you to the host as well. Who the guy who takes us around. Um Janice’s name is Top Mush. So today’s adventure, we’re doing a hike through a national park up to a peak. Um there’s um there’s like a refuge refugeio up there like a cabin serving food and that I think it’s about 250 m escalation uh about 7k a walking. Um there’s two routes we can take. So we I’ll just like I say rather than tell you I’ll show you when we get up there. So yeah, today’s hiking and then tomorrow we got another kayaking into the sea and then that’s end of the trip, but then we’re going to go into Zoro. We’ve got two days in Zadori. So it’ll all unfold. So that’s kind of an update on the um on what’s going on. As I say, it’s the second day now. Well, third day actually. I’ve just had no chance to speak to you really. It’s just been full on. And uh I hope you’re enjoying the footage cuz yesterday was just breathtaking. I don’t know how I’m going to put all this footage together, but as always people, you know, I’ll I’ll I’ll make a good one for you. Is that crazy or some [ __ ] [Music] the lights on it. They weren’t flashing lights, were they? Right. What can I say? Um, gone on a trip to Croatia um with the guys. We usually go camping in the Lake District, but we’ve decided to have a change. Anyway, what do I say? What a what a wonderful what a wonderful place. And we we’ve been staying in a place called Zida. We’ve done some um kayaking. We’ve done some walking. We’ve done quite a bit of swimming, quite a bit of drinking. Yeah. And um thoroughly thoroughly enjoyed it. Not seen any trouble. um not seeing any police apart from one which we used to do when we was on the cycle trip. We was cycling to the to the beach to have a swim and on the way back we uh we was nearly ended up on a dual carriageway going the wrong way to be honest and the um the lovely policeman waved us into the right direction. So, we didn’t get a bollockin as such. Yeah, there’s a tree there full of pome pomegranates. I’ve never seen a tree with pomegranates on. I thought they grew in a supermarket hive. [Music] So, anyway, all I can say is anybody thinking about going to Croatia for a holiday, especially if you want an adventure holiday, get on it. Don’t Don’t hesitate. Over and out. Well guys, last day today. It’s been absolute belting trip. Absolute belting. Going to kind of miss kind of miss this place. It’s absolutely stunning. That laid back. Lovely culture, lovely people. But I would seriously recommend Croatia to anyone that’s not been. Bye for now. So folks, just been up on the castle walls, having a wander around there, and then uh we stumbled upon a like a proper traditional market. Absolutely brilliant. You got the old Roman bits, then these like type of bits and the 45 bits, and then you’ve got newish bits and even like Bangkok bits, if you get what I mean. [Music] That were good timing, w it. Anyway, let’s go in this salt shop. Story of salt. Hi folks. This is the last day of our trip um to Croatia. I’m just in Dar Zidar Town Center now. um loads of history for Romans and invaded various wars. It seems to be still standing. Um yeah, it’s been a great trip. Um we’ve done a bit of canoeing with a bit of white water in there for a bit of adventure. Um, beautiful scenery, beautiful waterfalls, not seen anyone else for hours apart from my group, which has been really good just to get away and be at alone with nature. Um, yeah, apparently some of the scenery down the rivers um where we’ve been canoeing has been used in many spaghetti westerns cuz it just looks amazingly like America. um and the wild west. So that’s been absolutely brilliant seeing all that. Um yeah, yesterday we went to the bike tours around Zidar town and um our final day today. Everybody’s a bit tired. Everyone’s a little bit aching. Um probably just some cramming so much in, but if you’re on holiday, um yeah, why not do it, you know? So yeah, so that’s the round up of the holiday. Basically, I suggest anyone come here, but couple of days in Zidor, maybe go down to Split for a couple of days and definitely go into the um national parks and hire a guide and get on the water, see the different perspectives from of it. Okay, folks, that’s it. N then peeps. N then. So, I’m going to do a massive round up now cuz uh I have literally got about 2 and 1/2 hours worth of footage to cram into it’s probably going to be two episodes, I reckon. Um but we’ll see.
