Just one hour prep, you’ll have 12 dishes, three delicious meals that you can keep for weeks in the freezer. One veg base, three ways. We start with our veg base by blending aromatics using our Pixie Chopper to chop the veg in seconds. Fry up the aromatics in a pan. Next, we flip up three delicious sauces, golden coconut turmeric sauce, sag style spinach, and a Thai red curry sauce. It comes together in minutes in the food processor. Divide the base veg into the freezer molds. Add your favorite toppings. We’ve gone for tofu, black beans, and chickpeas. Pour your sauces in on top. Store in the freezer and reheat for when you need a quick, healthy meal on the table in 5 minutes flat.
