Yes they do cheat. ask the dealer why they don’t change the 6 deck of cards ever on the entire cruise . They will get offended cause they don’t ever change for new cards because they pull a few face cards out of that 6 deck shoot which gives them A even higher advantage of not busting out. They are not under the same guidelines as a regular casino and are not regulated like Vegas or other places
