Sorry if this is a stupid question.
I’m building a 2023 BMC Time Machine 01 DISC. I bought this frameset on Facebook marketplace and this is the hanger it came with. I’m not really sure how this is supposed to be attached or whether once I put the wheel on it will just hold its place.
It has PILO 1292 written on it which, as seen in the first photo has three pieces. I was only supplied with the middle piece.

The small piece is already in your frame. You need the bolt to in from the inside out as shown in photo 4, that just keeps it from rotating and against the frame.
The through axle and hub do hold it. The tiny bolt just keeps it from falling off when you remove the wheel.
It shows you in the last picture.
Last image shows a screw. Scale wise Id say M3x12 Countersunk screw
