I removed my rear wheel of my Workcycles Transport — quite the process — and this piece fell off. Not sure exactly where it goes, it is not obvious to me. I am guessing it’s a shim for the chain guard mounting point at the dropout. Anyone know where it goes? Thanks, you guys are great.

kinda looks like a spacer for the chain guard. Probably sandwiched in between the wheel axle and the chainguard itself when replacing the wheel. Not 100% on it, but i feel its the logical choice.
It’s to connect the rear piece of the cover. Depending on the model. But it probably slides in at the bottom where the rear piece connects to the front piece. So it is the last to mount
