Maybe im overanalysing this but I forgot my bike was up top, ran into something and now my cross bars bent a little, bike is ok but carbon fiber is scratched.
I bent them back as best as I could, they are extremely rigid, i had to jump on them im 200#. Do you think they will be okay and safe to haul the 165# its rated for?

They look okay but something I would 100% not risk. Take it to a shop that specializes in roof racks or the dealer if OEM. It’s not just that your bike could fall off if you are going at speed and your bike flies off could kill someone. Not worth the risk of asking reddit without someone inspecting in person.
