My rear tire got a slow leak towards the end of my ride.. was able to pump up a few times and roll home for last 3 miles.
Tire is less than 300 miles old. Should I patch the inside and super glue this shut, or play it safe and replace the tire completely?

Same situation. I’m patching mine.
Patch n glue should be fine. To be safe measure the gash and check it after the first few rides to make sure it’s not growing. If it’s not you’re all good.
