  1. Can someone tell me where this is? I biked all the official trails of South Korea but I don’t recall biking here. I would love to bike on this route next time I am there.

I go under a highway on my usual route. If I could get across town without hearing the scream of cars on concrete, I would.

I used to think improved bike paths on freeway right-of-way was a great idea, until I rode one. One of the most unpleasant biking experiences one can have.

  4. Gee whiz tech bro nonsense. It sounds like a great idea until you’ve actually spent time riding next to a highway like that.

  5. So the solar panels are in a dusty location, at risk of collision, and can only be maintained by stopping traffic. This is stupid. Don’t worry about stuff like this until basically every building and parking lot is covered.

  6. That part of the bike trail that runs along side of I-5 in the LA River beside Griffith Park is absolutely murder. And this would be twice as bad. Even the bike trail along the 101 beside Rincon isn’t that fun while stunning view. I’d like to ride this piece above if only for the novelty, hearing damage aside.

Wow. No view. No fresh air. No peace and quiet. Just smog, concrete, and car noise in 360 degrees.

    What a horrible idea

I dunno. There seems to be a buffer lane on each side of the tunnel. Solar is good. Bike lanes good. Maybe they power air filters and air conditioning inside the bike lane lol.
I’d love to see a video of someone riding inside this thing.
