Take your battery. It’s worth more than 1/2 the cost of the frame.
Edit: I know it’s inconvenient, but paying an extra $500 for a new one is worse than carrying an extra bag.

It’s probably the best you can do with what you have so i’d say yes.

Probably as safe as you can get using bike locks. Though still isnt a way i would regularly leave my bike overnight.

Battery and seat are truly in immediate danger, followed by the front wheel. Cables are a really weak deterrent and that wheel, with a quick release, only takes 30 seconds and a big enough bolt cutter and its gone.
