Hard to say with the poor photo quality / no close ups, but Looking at it (and assuming these are “genuine” components) looks like:
– h plus son runs (great aluminium wheels)
– schwalbe one tyres
– deda stem and i assume bars
Some random deda aluminium frame and a classic looking campag groupset
I’d be inclined to say yes – but need better pics and you should get it checked out and make sure it’s not stolen
