I've upgraded from my beloved 10 yr old Vaude Hogan UL 2P that has been on countless outdoor trips with me and got a Nemo Osmo Dragonfly Bikepack 2P.
Took it for the first time on this Autumn overnighter into Austria's Mostviertel region.
Gotta say, the tent is worth every €. So many smart features and so much more space make it a joy to live in.
Looking forward for next Spring to take it on a multi-day trip.
With the tent now on the handlebar I freed up one forkcage and can comfortably bring everything I need, even in colder conditions with more/bulkier items like a puffed jacket and extra fleece or thicker off-bike shoes.

I wish I had bought the 2p. I love my Dragonfly but the 1p leaves me feeling a little claustrophobic.

  2. I have an older 2p dragonfly bikepack, glad you like it but in today’s market I would 100% buy a Durston Xdome as my freestanding option.

  3. My Dragonfly (backpacking version) has about 2900 miles and it’s going strong. I love that freaking tent.

Nice to see other enjoying them

  4. I have one of these! Absolutely love it. One thing I will say is if you are expecting rain, I would recommend using a guyline pulling the orange tab directly under the NEMO logo outwards (above the gap in the cover in Photo 1), I found without it can sag slightly and end up with the outer touching the inner compartment and slightly leaning through
