I'm slightly above the minimum insert, the frame and post are alloy. It seems ok for now but I wonder if I should replace the seatpost for safety reasons or just send it.
Broken seatpost in the bum is not worth saving the money it would cost to buy a longer seatpost.

Yes, you want a longer seatpost – it’s not the strength of the seatpost that’s the issue but how much of it is in the frame. Yours obviously has less insertion and that can stress the frame.
