Since you guys were super helpful and knowledgeable last time, I figure I’d reach out again. Do you guys think that this is a real We The People bike, and do you think it’s worth the 40 bucks the dude is asking for it? Obviously it needs some work haha. But as face value what do you fine folks think?

I think you’re going to spend over $100 replacing the grips, chain, seat & post, tires & tubes, and even more if you replace the rims. My personal opinion is to save a little more and find a used bike for $200-250
Yes. Probably a 2011..
And for 40. Yup.. very good bike when done right.
