Shimano R8000 Di2 front derailleur making strange noise and not shifting to big ring.

I charged my Di2 battery last night. Today I shifted to the small ring to swap the chain out, and it now won't go back into the big ring. It makes a strange noise as it attempts to shift, but then returns to its original position. I've attached a video. I'm not turning the pedals in the video because I couldn't do that and hold the camera at the same time, but the behavior is the same when the pedals are turning.

Does anyone know what's going on here?
