I just got a new Canyon Endurace with Ultegra Di2, and it looks to me like the bottom jockey wheel is misaligned from the rest (slightly to the right of the derailleur)
Is this normal or was it damaged during transport?

Looks OK to me
It’s always a little hard to tell from photos like this, but too me it looks like the cage is bent.
Outer cage plate looks perfect to me, and that’s the part that matters .
Take it to a bike shop to see if derailleur hanger is out of line.
Derailleur pulleys are not aligned with each other on certain models of derailleurs. This is to allow for “cross chaining”.
Definitely damaged in transit. The outer plate is straight but the inside plate is bowed. Derailleur hanger might be bent as well. Did you unpack it yourself or did someone else? What was the condition of the bike box?
How’s the shifting? It doesn’t look misaligned to me, and if it’s shifting perfectly then it’s perfect.
Would take it too a shop – the wheels might align; the cages are not straight and the spacing etc of the wheels are different (top to bottom), so best get it all checked out

You can see in the manual that it’s a little wonky by design
