all women over 50 yeah you you need to do these three moves every single day to make your body feel amazing number one if you’ve got weak glutes and bad upper body posture then this is the move for you put your hands behind you just like this open your chest bring your feet out a little more forward drive your heels in the ground and squeeze your hips as you lift your hips toward the sky come back to the start position and repeat this is called the low chair tabletop lift number two if you have a bad back a weak core or tight shoulders well this is the move for you just one arm at a time lift it overhead reach the rib cage toward the sky as you come to the side now alternate sides going back and forth this is the one arm simple side B and number three if you have tight hips and hamstrings and been sitting all day this is the move for you just place your hands on your knees on your shins or all the way down on your toes and you’re going to go from a hamstring forward bend to a squat back and forth and each time you go back and forth try to go just a little bit deeper

  1. Im 51 and in the best shape of my life, can still do one handed cart wheels, back dives and squats to the floor. I started strength training 3 years ago and needed to lunge holding onto my counter tops. I can now do a pull up!! STRENGTH OVER SKINNY

  2. Would love some strength training tips modified. I have an ankle injury that eventually I’ll need a full replacement on but they said I’m still too young 50. I guess they only last 10 years. I’m starting menopause and noticed getting belly fat even though I’m not eating more. Been told weight training is what I need but I have limits like I can’t stand and balance on that leg. Any moves you can share??
