Got a flat and just changed my GP5000’s.
i have some foam coming out of my tire since i used soap and water when changing them for lubrication. is this fine since the tube isn’t leaking any air?

Yeah, if the tube isn’t leaking, you are fine.
It’s not uncommon for tires to leech, but it should ultimately stop. If your pressure is too high, it may leech longer. Check your pressure and if this continues, it may be best to change the tire(s).
