You might be able to drill it out. There is a chance you still won’t be able to get the bolt out or you damage the threads. You could save yourself the headache and get a new seat post.

depending how stripped it is, maybe try banging in a slightly larger size l wrench or tool and turning it that way or using the most popular method of removing a stripped bolt, a bolt extractor if you have one handy/around, good luck peep!

Lightly hammer in a torx bit attached to an extension. Use a long-handled ratchet or breaker bar. Firmly apply pressure downward upon the torx bit while loosening as to not allow for it to pop out of place. Should work like a charm.
