Gravel/bikepacking bike for tall

Hey,

I have been thinking a lot about a new bike. I ride for about 6 years now and have been using all kinds of bikes. At this moment I am looking for a quick gravel/bikepacking bike to use in the winter and for offroading (I’m thinking to do the [gravel version of the route des grand alpes](https://en.routedesgrandesalpes.com/cycle-route/route-des-grandes-alpes-gravel) next summer). I’m 200 cm (6 ft 7 in ) tall, want to spend around 1000 to 2000 euros and live in the Netherlands. I really like the [Pelago Stavanger](https://pelagobicycles.com/stavanger/), but it’s a bit too expensive and they don’t make the 65cm version anymore.

Do you guys have any recommendations?
