I’ve been seeing more people using electric hunting bikes for rugged trails and backcountry rides. I’m curious how they hold up on longer bikepacking trips especially in remote areas where charging options are limited.
Has anyone here actually taken one on a multi-day adventure? What was your experience like?

1) Don’t buy shitty no-name e-bikes made with shitty no-name parts. That’s how you burn your house down.
2) What you linked here are electric motorcycles, not bicycles. They are throttle-controlled and have pedals purely so they can be manufactured to a lower standard than a motorcycle.
3) If you’re strong enough to pedal a 100+ pound bike that was designed with zero consideration for pedaling mechanics on backcountry trails with 30-50 pounds of gear on it then why do you need an e-bike?

What do you mean by hold up? Like the mileage range? The battery is 1200wh, each motor can use up to 750w so full power can kill your battery in less than an hour. Their 85mi range is not based on real usage. One of the YouTube reviews they link got a 25mi range when throttling around a flat smooth urban environment with both motors and no pedaling.
They probably aren’t usable past an overnighter that is heavily downhill coming back
