I know that Australian dollarydoos aren’t on parity with the USD, but surely there are some decently capable modern hardtails available at a similar price point.

Seller is a scummy flipper and not xbiker.
Rule of xbiking is you can sell for no more than half what you put into the bike.
This guy bought it off an xbiker and thought they’d be able to flip it

This is what all these guys say to try and rip you off for an old steel bike. “My baby” meanwhile they just bought it off Craigslist for half the price they put it up for on marketplace.
