Personally I would approach with caution and think it is a scam but who knows. Maybe you are able to see in-person and it’s a steal purchase for you

bike is older than it looks tho. Already 8 years old, rim brakes. It was/is a nice bike but also not really worth multiple thousands of $’s. I’d say that ebay asking price is probably a bit ambitious.
Likely a scam. Why put a new chain and cassette on with only 110km?
