Someone crashed into my bike's back wheel on an electric scooter, and two spokes pulled out of the rim. Is this fixable with YouTube and new spokes, or do I need to get the rim replaced?
If it’s a regular bike you can get the spokes replaced/buy a replacement spoke.

It’s fixable, but if you’re asking how to do it, you lack the tools which would include a spoke wrench, torx set, and freewheel removal tool. It’s also a skill to get the tension correct (and not screw up the lacing—ask me how I know).
A local co-op or non profit bike shop would probably be able to do it fairly cheaply, but a nicer shop would charge you nearly what a replacement rim is going to cost. Sounds like a good time to upgrade your rear wheel to me.

Remove them and send it. That wheel’s like $60.
