TLDR at bottom
I had my bike in a stand with the back wheel off to change the tube and the whole stand toppled over and bent the back of the frame and the derailleur hanger. The problem is I can’t figure out how to separate the back derailleur from the hanger now, as there’s no screw or bolt to undo just this plastic cap. I’ve spent like 2 hours rubber malletting the frame back together please I need this bike to be working again.
TLDR: need to fix derailleur hanger but can’t separate it

The derailleur hanger is part of that dérailleur, no? I mean, these aren’t constructed to take off the hanger afaik.
Yeah, the derailleur doesn’t come off that hanger. I have no doubt it can be removed, but I don’t think reinstallation will be so easy.
Your best bet is to trash the old derailleur and [buy a new one with an integrated hanger](https://www.amazon.com/microSHIFT-M21-Rear-Derailleur-Dropout/dp/B0CX9BNTW2) or else [buy a claw hanger](https://www.amazon.com/KIEVODE-Derailleur-Hanger-Shimano-Adapter/dp/B0C65V7BHM) and a new derailleur.
No need to fiddle with the hanger; it’s steel so if bent, just bend it back gently so the cage is perpendicular in relation with the axle then readjust.
Super low cost item to replace. Unless you’re going for a full period accurate restoration, I wouldn’t bother with it.
Falcons are really bad derailleurs. Take the chance to change it.
