Hi everyone! Has anyone with a 2016 Vigoelli or a similar frame and fork been able to mount 28mm tires without a problem? I want to go from 25mm to 28mm but I'm afraid I might bump into the fork or frame. I will precisely go for the classic conti gatorskin in 28mm.

The width measurement is in millimeters, the “c” designation is incorrect.
To answer your question, 28mm is the max clearance as stated by Cinelli. As long as the tire is marketed accurately, you should be fine. Conti tires do tend to balloon wider in my experience.
